about
This September, my house was flooded, and most of my studio was destroyed. Fans and strangers alike came together to help me out financially, for which I will be eternally grateful.
10 weeks later, my family and I are relatively stable and secure, but my access to a computer is still severely limited.
So, for now, I'm putting aside my maximalist approach to music, and trying to find beauty in simplicity.
This process started with an electric guitar cover of Franz Schubert's famous vocal piece, "Ave Maria." I'm extraordinarily proud of it.
Depending on how long this situation lasts, I may develop an EP around this new approach, tentatively entitled "The Flood Sessions." We'll see.
I hope you enjoy! Thanks to all who contributed to my recovery fund. You're the best!
